  When You Can Request a Return or Refund

  You may request a return or replacement only if:

  • The item arrives damaged, torn, or broken.
  • You notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the defect/damage.

   

  Non-Returnable Items

  • Returns due to change of mind are not accepted.
  • Used items cannot be returned.

  Refunds

  • Refunds are only issued if a replacement is not possible.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
